To be honest I truly enjoyed how incredibly polite the staff is, would stay here again I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was magnificent close to pubs, restaurants and cafes in the area and a beautiful Park, train station and a number of good bars, pubs and restaurants, and Lowestoft and Southwold. The hotel took care of the welcoming service. Also, I parked on-site.
